My Story/My Experiences
Hi! My name is Katrina Magbie, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Tarheel Therapeutic Massage and I specialize in upper body pain relief.
My mission is to provide pain relief so you can live life to the fullest!
In my previous career, I spent over 19 years working for the state of North Carolina providing healthcare and training services for intellectually disabled people. Although I enjoyed working in the mental health field, I felt I needed a career change and massage therapy was that change for me! My passion has always been helping others, and through massage I am able to build trusting relationships and help people feel better! In 2019 I decided to open my business and first started working from home then transitioned to a location which allowed me to work with more people. Many of my friends, family members and myself experience upper body pain, so I can relate to how tightness and pain affect the neck, shoulder and back.
